» Song of the Morning Ranch, Michigan

Following the programs in PA, Kaliji traveled to Michigan to teach a 3-day retreat at Song of the Morning Ranch. Song of the Morning is located on 800 acres of beautiful rolling woodland in northern Michigan.  »

 

» Indiana, PA

Kaliji was hosted in Indiana by TY teacher Gita. Prior to the programs, she visited Gita’s home.  »

 

» Kaliji’s Visit to Pennsylvania

June 12-17, Kaliji visited PA to offer programs in Spring Mills and Indiana (near Pittsburgh). TY teachers Theresa and Gita
hosted Kaliji in these locations.

Kaliji taught programs over 5 days in Spring Mills ~ they included TY flows, Prana Vidya, Subtle Anatomy, Mudra and more yoga philosophy, a wonderful catered vegan dinner on Saturday, and culminated with the opening of the TriYoga Center of Central PA and Theresa’s 40th birthday party on Tuesday. »

 

» Basics TeacherTraining in Denmark

A Basics TYTT Intensive was given in Denmark May 29~ June 4 by Eva-Maria from Berlin. »

 

» Moscow Teacher Training

John and Stephanie completed their 3-month trip by teaching the first Basics Teacher Training in Moscow at the Dao Wellness Center. The training resulted in seven new TriYoga Teachers, and introduced many new students to TriYoga. In addition, John and Stephanie taught all-levels workshops at the Dao Wellness Center and the Moscow TriYoga Center.

During their 3-month tour, they taught 952 students over 222 hours.

John and Stef will spend June in the United States, and arrive in China on July 1 to train teachers for five months at UYoga in Shenzhen. »

 

» Teacher Training in Israel

After leaving England, John and Stephanie arrived in Israel to teach the first TriYoga Teacher Training in that country. John and Stef also taught workshops in various locations in northern Israel and at the Israel Yoga Teacher’s Conference. During their time in Israel, they taught 41 hours and saw 168 students.

» Visitors to TriYoga Center, Malibu

Last week there were several special guests visiting Kaliji at the Malibu TYC, celebrating many wonderful anniversaries and accomplishments.

TY teacher Chandra (Lynne) and husband Jivada (John) came from Florida, to celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary, and Jiva’s 72nd birthday.

» TriYogathon, Santa Cruz ~ May 8-10

Kaliji was in Santa Cruz May 8-10 for a weekend TriYogathon.

» John & Stephanie in England ~ May 2009

John and Stephanie’s tour continued with a visit to the ASHA Centre from May 4 to May 10. Located in the Royal Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, England, the Centre is home to a wide range of spiritual and cultural activities. ASHA’s in-house team of teachers and facilitators run workshops and courses in the performing arts, self-development and working with nature. Groups from around the world visit the Centre to have encounters of living and interacting more deeply both with others and their environment.

John and Stephanie’s visit coincided with a group of Youth Ambassadors from the Trevor Huddleston Centre Sophiatown in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Youth Ambassadors worked with the ASHA Centre to present the play “Stories from the New South Africa”, which highlighted the experiences of youth in Johannesburg from the 1950s to the present day. » Programs in London ~ May 1-3

 
Kaliji’s spring Europe tour completed with weekend programs in London at the Special Yoga Center. SYC is a registered charity that offers yoga programs and workshops, as well as yoga therapy for children with special needs, on a donation basis. This is the third year that Kaliji has taught at SYC.  »

 

» Allershausen, Germany ~ Programs April 27-29

Three days of TriYoga Programs with Kaliji in Allershausen, Germany began with Basics and Level 1 Flows and pranayama. The program was completely filled with teachers and students from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Spain.  »
